DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT AND DESCRIPTION OF OBJECTIVES ACHIEVED

Brief summary of the results achieved thanks to the building intervention:

Internal changes on the ground floor by renovating and moving the reception / back-office area and creating a lobby area in front of the offices.
On the first and second floor internal changes have been made to 8 rooms with their bathrooms, and a shared bathroom, and the furnishings have been renewed.
 On the third floor, all the rooms have been modified by expanding the surface, bringing the number of rooms from 20 to 15.
modification and adaptation of the systems (electric and hydraulic) on the third floor, ground floor and basement.
Construction of a new fire prevention system.
Adaptation of the autoclave system with the replacement of the existing tank.
Installation of new Firewall and Wii-Fii system (in order to further improve the services offered to customers and for data protection).
Changes in the redistribution of spaces in the basement with the creation of spaces reserved for the storage of bikes used by cycle tourists and motorcycles.
Creation of a mattress and beach equipment storage.
